They use Avis but have had a quick look online and they (Avis) have very mixed reviews (stories of 90 min queues and bad service).

We've flown into Orlando (Sanford) and Vegas many times and the rental facilities are all in one place, on site at Sandford and a shuttle ride away at Vegas.
Avis is quick, or at least as quick as any other company at that harried airport. Especially quick during non-rush arrival times. They are the closest car rental company to the airport grounds and it's easy to get on the freeway north from Avis (though you might want to drive the coastal route 1 up to Santa Barbara through Malibu to Oxnard, if you an extra half hour to kill).

I have been a loyal Alamo renter for a long while, and really like their "Skip the Counter" feature, where you can just to to the lot and avoid the lines to the manned kiosks. My other preferred company Enterprise also has exorbitant rates for these dates.
