If you have visited Air Asia website or have some questions about your booking, you will noticed Air Asia has started a new customer support system with 4 ways to contact Air Asia which are Live chat (24/7), call centre, Twitter(24/7) and e-form.
I have contacted AirAsia with an e-form, thorugh twitter, and with their online chat. The only response I got was from online chat, where they said they couldn't help me online and they'd forward my issue on to the responsible department. I don't have access to international calling.
