    I have contacted AirAsia with an e-form, thorugh twitter, and with their online chat. The only response I got was from online chat, where they said they couldn't help me online and they'd forward my issue on to the responsible department. I don't have access to international calling.

    Extremely crowded, noisy, no seating, disgusting bathrooms, and few options for refreshments. For budget airlines, AirAsia is my first choice anywhere else they fly, but due to the hassle and terrible facilities, I do not recommend flying this route and will avoid terminal 4 in the future. Date of travel: December 2017.
