Answer 11 of 19: I sent Hertz at Denver International Airport an e-mail inquiry about a charge that was added to my bill upon my returning it. To date - 2+ weeks later - I have not yet gotten a reply.
I sent the following to Hertz customer service - of course no reply! The wait at the Hertz counter in the offsite LAX pickup was over an hour. There were about 30 people in line ahead of us. This included families with worn out kids etc. 4 people were working at the counter. There were about 8 more empty terminals with no employee.

So after calling again and another 40 minute conversation with two incredibly rude service representatives, their response was, "You've already had an adjustment for fuel, we can't make any more," even though the charges were 100% because of a Hertz representative's mistake.
