Renting the car was fine, but the bill was not. Charged me for insurance ($138, $23/day) when I waived it. Tacked on all kinds of fees--$64 concession fee, $7.80 license fee, and $45 customer facility charge. I thought this is their cost of doing business included in the daily rental fee of the car? Don't use Budget!

This was a new one for me -- if you drive less than 75 miles, Budget will AUTOMATICALLY bill you $13.95 for gas, even if you top it up. They tell you to show them the receipt if you top off the tank and you won't be charged.
According to their website, for car seats there is a rental fee of $13/day - up to $65 per rental. So, times two is $130. So, times two is $130. As for the fee breakdown, as stated, look at your contract and the final bill.
