2. Re: Book through cheapoair or the airline website. 8 years ago. This forum has, quite literally, several thousand complaints about Cheapoair. This is a company to be avoided at all costs. For "trip cost", give the total estimated cost of travel and accommodation. Report inappropriate content.
13 years ago. They are legit, but there there are many negative reviews about their service. As with any third party agent, if anything happens and you need to make alternative arrangements, the additional fees could easily wipe out that initial $100 saving, and the hassle could be too much to bear.

Well... yes, they are business and need to make a profit, but the airline charges for the date change about $50-70 and Cheapair quoted $360+ and refuses to explane where those charges are coming from, I would categorize this activities as a scam. You won't get ripped off. Cheapoair can always get fares cheaper than the airlines can offer. They always quote you live fares, and let you book them there and then. You pay a known, fixed sum and get immediate confirmation. Booking data and tickets are abpvailabke right away. If things go wrong, they are available 24/7.
