Most buffet coupons are sent in the mail to gamblers who have frequented and gambled a lot in the casinos (where they use their players' card). The only other coupon I saw was in a flyer in the visitor's center - on the boardwalk - between Hilton and Tropicana. That was for the Trump Plaza buffet, which we went to and did not find too good.
