For picking up car rentals at MCO, for car companies such as Alamo or Dollar, are they located onsite, i.e. walk to cars, or do we need to take a shuttle to the car rental companies off site locaiton or to a car rental center? Thanks.

The airport has garage parking across from Terminals A, B (opposite sides of the same building), and C (a separate building). This offers travelers a short or long term covered parking option within walking distance of the terminals.

   Some people like buying the rental company's insurance just for peace of mind. $400 to $500 is probably a good average. For a September booking like mine, $200 to $300 is the norm for a 10 day rental, but if you're booking during Christmas holiday time, $500 to $800 would be about right.

   Re: Parking at airport (MCO) Have to agree with the previous posts. FastPark&Relax is by far the best parking service I have used. They are very close to the airport (7870 N. Frontage Road) cost less than airport parking, which ranges from $10 to $17 per day, and really make parking about as painless as it you can get.
