The person I spoke with gave me the number to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Budget desk, 602-261-5950 and told me to choice option for lost or damage. I called that number 5 times within an hour trying to get someone on the phone but was taken through an endless number of options that got me to no one local.
7 reviews. 2. Re: Budget at PHX. 1 year ago. I generally have good experience with Enterprise too, but it's also very expensive. For example, the weekly cost of an economy car at Enterprise at PHX is $600 the week before Christmas. Almost $200 more than the quote I got from Budget.
