Yes, it is easy. To get to the Costco in Carolina, just go over the bridge as you exit the airport and then get onto RT 8 and that will take you to Costco. The bridge costs $3. On the way to Fajardo, take RT 3 until you can get onto RT 66 or just continue on RT 3 for no tolls (but more traffic/stoplights) Edited: 11 years ago.

9 years ago. DNR can't give parking tickets as far as I know. Only the police gives tickets. You can pay online at the DTOP site, if it works. Best thing would be to call your rental company. I would guess it was location specific. We used Costco for an Enterprise rental in Denver this summer, and it was fine. Another poster used Costco for an Alamo rental in San Juan and gave it a glowing review. We have a Costco/Alamo reservation starting Saturday and hope it goes well.
