1 year ago. Yes, there's a big easy parking deck directly adjacent to the Amtrak/MARC station, it was $9 a day, overnights fine, easy in easy out. I've used it to ride Amtrak instead of parking near downtown Baltimore Penn Station. Being that BWI is right off 95/195/295 its even easier than getting to Penn.

1. Re: BWI & parking. Numerous off-site parking lots in the area in addition to the airport lots. Just google "pre flight " or "park and fly" or "fast park"...most have some kind of coupon on their web site to save a dollar or two. Long Term parking at the airport is only $8 a day. 2.

All the traffic around the main parking garage at DCA is one direction in a counter-clockwise direction. It is probably no more than 5 minutes all the way around once. The parking garage at Union Station can be accessed from both sides. On the front (south) side there's a ramp on the right side that leads to the garage. The signage indicating how to get to the ramp is horrible though. Once you're on the ramp there's decent signage to the rental car return.
