Dec 2019. The Montmartre funicular is a very easy way to climb the Montmartre hill. Best of all, if having any tranport card it's included in it. But, using it you miss the fab views of Sacre Coeur Basilica when you ascend on foot via manicured gardens and staircases with the Basilica becoming bigger and bigger in front of you.
