The rental counter and pickup/return is in the airport car rental center via the airport AirTrain. The vehicle had 62,000 miles on it which was a little concerning but it turned out the vehicle was just fine. Perhaps that is why Fox was the cheapest to rent from. During the rental process they offer you the typical additional car insurance.
Re: After midnight car rental at SFO. 2 years ago. Save. Hertz is a no-go. Did anyone experience differently. They’ve updated hours to close at midnight. I called and asked if I could pick up a Presidents Circle car after midnight. They said they don’t release vehicles after midnight.
