The problem is, many reports say that availability on any given day at any of the reputable farmacias in Mexico is really random. 8 farmacias might all be out of it on one day, then 4 have it the next day -- at least, that's what travelers in Mexico City, Cancun, and border towns report. I haven't seen any reports of the situation in PV.

I'll add, there's somewhat of a shortage of it in Mexico just like everywhere else as it is frequently being used for an off label reason and it's not cheap, ( though cheaper than in the USA without insurance) Reply.
