The cars exterior was not washed and the interior needed vacuuming. No one at the counter could help me and they referred me to customer service. I returned from our trip to discover the AVIS airport rental in France had voided my oteoaid contract and arbitrarily charge my credit card 1,600 Euros for returning the car 1 hour late, when the late fee printed in the original invoice was 91.25 Euros per hour. I was told in August 8th I had to send an email to file a complaint.
