@Lexexpress - This is not 'odd' as you describe it. You might have redeemed lots of nights but not one of them was for the value of your rewards statement unless it was at least 20% higher than the value of your voucher. Go try redeem a voucher worth £100 for a room advertised at £100 and you'll realise what I'm talking about.
