As a new user of the TripAdvisor forums, I would suggest reading the "sticky" at the top of the forum’s page before posting in any forum. The sticky will explain the focus/purpose of the forum and other important details. As an example, the sticky for this forum reads; “PLEASE READ: How to use this forum” and has a pushpin icon beside it.
There are many reasons why a one-dot review is removed or not published. You can contact TA_Staff directly, but the answer will be generic and probably not helpful. There seems to be someone here today. Hopefully you will get a response. But contact TA using the help center for sure.
Indeed there is an easy way to contact someone. Folks ask other members for help on the Support forum where we point out the Contact Us on the Help center page several times a day. There is a topic in the Top Questions on that page. It's also easy to determine the purpose of this forum. It's in a sticky at the top.
5. Re: Review dispute. 6 years ago. Hi Hope; There is no "disagreeing", or "further issues" to raise, or "opening a dialogue". A review dispute is very simple - the review violated a specific guideline. Your dispute should be something along the lines of... "This review violates the "X" guideline". That's it - plain and simple.

im trying to contact someone who posted a review of a guesthouse i recently stayed in, i have tried the personal message option, but had no reply, is there another way to get in touch with them, i need to contact them as i am trying to claim back the cost of my stay due to the quality of the accomodation, their review backs up my claim, any help appreciated.
