im trying to contact someone who posted a review of a guesthouse i recently stayed in, i have tried the personal message option, but had no reply, is there another way to get in touch with them, i need to contact them as i am trying to claim back the cost of my stay due to the quality of the accomodation, their review backs up my claim, any help appreciated.

Okay there is no 3 1/2 circles. They are better than average but less than very good. We stayed there on March 3 and checked out March 5, 2024. To begin with check-in was very smooth. We arrived in the evening. No problems with that. I was given two vouchers for breakfast on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
We are a group of four women who wanted to book a 9-day Classic National Parks Tour with Gate 1. We decided on one date to depart and another for a backup. We called late Thursday (4/20/23) evening, no one answered. We called again Friday (4/21/23) at 9:00 a.m. Three of us already had accounts. One one of us did not.
Budget hotel near Haneda airport. Shuttle busses running to/from Haneda through out the day. Subway station is just 1 minute away. Room was clean and tiny as like many other hotels in Japan. WiFi was free and surprisingly fast. I’d recommend this hotel for its proximity to Haneda airport and the complimentary shuttle bus service.
