I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.

If you need to call internationally then use Skype. If you put $5 on your account you can call internationally to landlines for 2.4c US. That only used data on your phone.
