    EA+ was exactly what I was looking for to supplement my medical coverage. It DOES pay the cost of transportation home even if it is an air ambulance or helicopter and pays the cost of a travel nurse if needed.They are primarily a service co that will take the burden off you and your spouse and make all the arrangements.
