    7) Even to raise a concern as serious as this, Lebara asked us to recharge again to talk to customer care. Both the customer experience and the response from Lebara to such a serious issue has been very poor and ridiculous. The big mistake from our side is to have used the credit card with them.

    I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.
