Here are your options: 1) Enterprise will pick you up from the train station and take you to their office to arrange the rental.

Oakland airport is closer, but still a 15 mile taxi ride, and traffic at that time of day will not be pleasant. BART would take over an hour with a change of trains...and about $8pp. Edited: 7 years ago.
