Thrifty 1 year later- I went down with my reservation to pick up the car. Normally, at that time daily insurance was $10-$16 dollars a day at all the rental agencies. (MY CC covers CDW). They drew up the reservation and added $28 a day for insurance. I said there must be some mistake, that is way to high.

As mentioned, at 2 or 3 in the morning the shuttles are probably less frequent but they constantly run so no reservation needed.
