Re: LAX: You can now connect AIRSIDE to TBIT from Terminals 4-8. 8 years ago. United use T7 & T8 at LAX which are on the south side and are connected through T4 to Tom Bradley. It's not too bad of a walk and part of it you will need to pass between terminals via a tunnel. I believe there is still a free shuttle bus too.
