As for the Admirals Club, I haven't been through LAX for a few months, so I have no idea how far along they are with the renovations, or if they are complete.
To CAN's point AA arrives at T4 and TBIT is at the base of the horseshoe that is LAX and just next door so it is a couple of minutes walk between the two terminals and add a few more minutes to get from your arrival gate to your departure gate through security - all told about 30-40 mins.
