I was expecting better from American Airlines since I am a AAdvantage member, but they have only disappointed me. We missed a connecting flight for a maintenance issue, and to even talk to customer service we waited over 30 minutes in line.

American Airline Scam Alert. American Airlines are running a ticketing scam. We booked, and paid for flights for my family to get to BWI.
