In addition to stealing your money via fraudulent travel practices, they will spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to remove legitimate reviews from this and other sites, in order to hide their fraudulent behavior. I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.

- Received a cancellation notice that looked legit from Hampton Inn, cancellation number, correct address, etc. - Saw the room charge and service fee on my Amex the next day and contacted to dispute the charge. - The cancellation refund policy said I had to can cel 24 hours prior to date of arrival but the arrival was in 12 hours. I called an agent named Lemar to get ticket to travel with my three kids, 2 of them where less than 2years of age and the other one was 4years old. Lamar gave me a quote and I paid. When I got to the airport, United refused to let us board.
