Enforcement of Check-in Baggage SIZE (Max 62" or 158 cm) 16 years ago. The subject of airlines enforcing the weight of a check-in bag is well covered, but I have not seen anything on size. Most airlines have a size limitation for check-in bags to be not more than 62" / 158 cm by adding the length + width + height (L+W+H) of a bag.
Those not meeting the size requirement may try to become a plus-size model. According to the New York Better Business Career Services website, the preferred dimensions for a male model are a height of 5 ft 11 in (180 cm) to 6 ft 2 in (188 cm), a waist of 26–32 in (66–81 cm) and a chest measurement of 39–40 in (99–102 cm).
Hi, On my flight information, it's says 'Max. linear dimensions per bag: 158 cm (62in)'. I read up on it but still uncertain as to whether this information is for my main or hand luggage.
