    Enforcement of Check-in Baggage SIZE (Max 62" or 158 cm) 16 years ago. The subject of airlines enforcing the weight of a check-in bag is well covered, but I have not seen anything on size. Most airlines have a size limitation for check-in bags to be not more than 62" / 158 cm by adding the length + width + height (L+W+H) of a bag.
