    There have been a multitude of posters to this forum over the years confirming wide acceptance in France of 6 digit pins. It is my belief that the 4 digit pin requirement is a well perpetrated myth. No one has ever mentioned difficulties using a pin with a leading zero and this is the first time I have ever seen this mentioned.
