I believe this hotel is not to the required advertised standard and should be cancelled and refunded. However expedia have refused to do this and say the hotel is non refundable. (The chains and large hotels seems to be the ones on Priceline bidding, not the smaller independents.) But in Paris, a nice 2 or 3 star hotel meets my needs better. I looked at the Expedia secret hotels for Paris, and I saw the map area given for Notre Dame-Louvre-Marais. It covers so much ground as to be totally meaningless.
