A AAA member fir over 20 yrs.... The membership is worth it. The maps are free so if you are traveling that is $20 or more in maps and guide books. On top of it you get. AAA rate for hotels which is about a 10% discount on hotels. You also get AAA service from travel agents.

Also, what if you book on line, do you select the AAA discount and then arrive with the AA membership card?
