   Costco is under 800 for the 2 weeks. Least expensive out there. It comes out to 55/day. Nowadays you really not going to find it for less. You're a Costco member so book with them and keep an eye on prices. You can call Costco and cancel your reservation and book the lower price. No change or cancel fees.

Technology is such that direct links from rental companies are imbedded in OTA, airline & other rental booking channels so you don’t book a rental car when a location is closed.

We did reserve a Jeep Grand Cherokee car with FOX using Booking.com and at the time of reservation we selected Full Protection with Booking.com.

   FOX Rent-a-car is cheaper, yes. But it doesn't have a direct shuttle from the airport. It took me almost an hour (!) to get from the airport in one shuttle, then to tranfer to another at general car rental station, and then to FOX - all with the luggage in tow. Standing in line at the rental office took me another hour.
