My wife and I had our first few years of visiting Las Vegas on a Caesars property (that being Flamingo). But after trying MGM properties we noticed better quality rooms/suites, and staff more friendly at the MGM properties. For the most part, we even prefer the “neighborhood” the MGM properties have…not as much riff raff on their sidewalks.
Normally, the online subscription and coupon book is $37 or $50, but now for $10 or $12, you can subscribe for the last three months of this year and get the 2005 coupon book. If you're going to LV before the end of this year, you can't go wrong with this deal.
Some are just generic and have coupons for all over Las Vegas, including non-casino properties. The Las Vegas Advisor coupons are the Pocketful of Values (POV), Those are different and you have to pay the membership fee to get them. American Casino Guide (ACG) is a book full of coupons that you buy from Amazon or another book store.

You'll want to take a very close look at the dates those coupons expire. Some at least expire on December 15 (e.g. Caesars' Bacchanal coupon).
Answer 1 of 8: Just decided to do Christmas in Las Vegas, heard a lot about coupons, (buffet, drinks, gambling those types) does anyone have a spare set, I have tried ACG but it seems pointless to buy whole book for a few days and only for Vegas.

Welcome to the Las Vegas TA Forum! Coupon books used to be a big deal in Las Vegas. Almost every hotel would give you a fun book. I know the Orleans, Gold Coast, Bally's, Sam's Town, Plaza, Luxor and Excalibur still hand them out to hotel guests. Look in the tourist magazines for discount coupons.
I used to just love all the coupon books. I remember 25 years ago flying to Vegas from the San Francisco Bay Area on Southwest Airlines. In the back seat pocket on the flight there was always a cool coupon book for stuff like a free shrimp cocktail at the Westward Ho, among other coupons for free stuff.
