Enterprise, National, and Alamo have a toll option that allows you to use the cashless lanes, and you will be billed for the actual tolls incurred plus a fee of $2 a day for each day you incurred a toll, up to $6 total per rental. That is a much better value.
Reviewed April 23, 2021. Whatever you do, do not rent from Dollar Car Rental!! They have the worst customer service I have ever seen from a company in my life. You are much better taking ubers or public transport. First, we had to wait 2 and a half hours after our reservation time in order to get our vehicle that was RESERVED.

8 posts. 1 review. Bad Experience at Dollar Car Rental, MCO (Buyer Beware) 8 years ago. AVOID THIS RENTAL SERVICE AT MCO! This is by far the worst rental experience I have had in the last 25 years. My family and I flew into Orland International Airport on December 20, 2015, and picked up a reserved rental van from Dollar Car Rental.
So far, he's right, we havent been charged any extra. Our bill was exaclty what was estimated at reservation time, $85.00 plus taxes and fees, $128.00. I must say, I would definately use Dollar or Thrifty at MCO location again. We got a great car. Check in was not so bad.
