It's unbelievable that Fair Airlines would hire a manager so utterly clueless about customer service. There was no willingness to help; instead, they were laughing at our frustration. We had paid for the entire flight, arrived 40-45 minutes early, and had already checked in. Yet, they refused to let us keep our bag for which we have paid already!
We booked flight for 3 people and after 2 months of booking I got an email saying the flight got cancelled. So i called customer service for a refund and it took me 3 days to get hold of someone. And guess what they were not giving me a full refund they charged me 2.4% on the original payment, even though it was they mistake.
