This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had, beginning with the shuttle from LAX. We didn't have to wait at all for the shuttle, and the ride to the rental location was about 5 minutes.

Answered: I had read some horrible reviews but because I waited so late to make my rental car reservations, prices at all rental companies jumped. EZ had the best rate by far so I decided to take a chance and happily encountered no problems.
