So the last two times I used this company (albeit 6-7 years ago) it was a complete cluster - like 1-2 hour wait at the desk to get a car. I see a very good deal on autoslash -$435 for 10 days, and debating cancelling my Hertz rate at $515, but not if it is a mess like last time.

This location is a disaster . Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at ALL costs. It was a three hour process to get a car. Two hours to get to the desk, then another hour to get your car. Everyone waiting was quite upset, and I guarantee, none will ever book with Thrifty again. You may be OK if you arrive before noon, but they get slammed ...
