I am not aware of an Alamo shuttle at any cruise port in Hawaii. Taxi and Uber availability varies by island, Kauai it is grim, Honolulu it is easy. The second issue you have is most of the POA stops are overnight stops. If you keep the car, you need to think about where to park it. Reply.

It's on the SW corner of Highway A1A (Atlantic Avenue) and McKinley Av / Holman Rd, at the traffic signal, about two miles south of the port terminals. As mentioned, it is signed as "Enterprise", the parent company of Alamo and National.
We have an Alamo booking through our travel agent, we also have an Alamo membership (Alamo Insiders) account. We are picking up at LAX in June 2016. I would prefer to book online, that would have been much easier than booking through an agent. We would like to enable an online check-in for this booking but don't know how to do it.

Renting a car close to the train station is okay, as long as you understand the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), which will surround you on your way out of the city and especially when you return the car. Any entry into the Limited Zone, will automatically produce a hefty financial penalty.
