The reservation included the one way fee as about $400. Their office confirmed the total would be the same as my Priceline reservation including the $400 one way fee. However a few days after I had returned the car, the bill showed the one way rental as $1900. I was referred by their customer service to several Hertz centers via phone and email.

The worst company I have ever rented from, I am a National / Enterprise customer, I was only able to a rental car for 1 day through Hertz, Hertz charged $210 for 1 day rental for a full size and I ended up with a compact, Hertz would not modify the contract. What a horrible, price gouging, unprofessional rental company.
