   Maybe because we’ve used the Visit Japan Web before and our information is already in the system? At customs, we always go through with one QR code and there was never an issue. My suggestion is that if it's your first time using the Visit Japan Web, get a QR code for each person. Of course, you can always use a paper form at immigration, too.
