I think you can use the same one, but I could be wrong. My sister lives in Cincinnati and there are no toll roads down there - that's why I gave her the Illinois transponder. As far as I can tell, it is $3.80 with an iPass and $7.60 with cash on I 355. It would be $3.20 with the iPass, and $6.40 with cash on I 294.

I'm cheap and don't want to pay the extra $2.90 fee, or have to wait 24-48 hours for activation. Reply. Report inappropriate content.

I had a transponder malfunction and eventually they fined me. I believe after 5 tolls. I had to call them and the removed the fines.
