I had a transponder malfunction and eventually they fined me. I believe after 5 tolls. I had to call them and the removed the fines.
6. Re: Using my own iPass in a rental car. In places where tolls are common are going to have transponders in them. You shoukd be able to use it in exact pass system. With the states infirm then of your rental car license pkate because if it doesn’t read it uses your license pkate then send a bill to the owner.
