You will see there is one for Contact Details for Viator - that will be who you've booked a tour with and you can find contact details there.
This forum is full of complaints about the lack of customer service, delays in receiving refunds, last-minute cancellations, people left stranded, etc. After-sales service is almost non-existent. In future, DO NOT book anything through TripAdvisor, its partners or any of its subsidiaries. Best Regards
