Wondering if tickets get cheaper closer to show date? 1 year ago. Save. I will be in Vegas with family Feb 19-25. After President's day, hotels are quite cheap and I presume Vegas won't be as busy mid week. Thinking of going to a few shows. My list includes Cirque Ka, O, Jabbawookeez, Awakenings and Jack Johnson playing Encore Friday 2/24.
Jan 8, 2024, 3:31 PM. Cirque's own website has cheaper tickets for some days and shows. Not huge discounts, but in the range of $5-10 depending on the day and seats. Note, avoid the category 4 tickets as these have very poor sightlines from the sides of the theater. Reply.
So,now,I check a couple of places like Vegas .com or go to the shows venue to compare and then get my tickets. There usually isn't a big enough difference for me to vacillate over the price difference. I just never see the big discounts I used to see years ago and no big promotions like years ago. good luck. 2.
1. Re: Senior Discount. Jan 13, 2024, 1:06 PM. Yes. As per T&Cs on MGM as an example: "To qualify for the Senior Rate, you must be 62 years of age or older as of check-in date. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at check-in to confirm your eligibility." So passport will suffice.

If there are top shows you want to see, they will likely either not be offered at Tix4Tonight or only the most expensive tickets will have a minimal discount. Check online at travelzoo and goldstar for show discounts. You will print a voucher which you can exchange for your ticket at the hotel's Will Call desk.
