    Harris Teeter owns the Starbucks franchise so I phoned the store manager. The Starbucks employees had informed them of their version of what happened. He told me they had been “retrained”. Even advising him of the middle finger gesture apparently was of no consequence because the crude manager still works there.

The store is large, well equipped, and reasonably easy to navigate, considering its size. When I needed the restroom, a staff member personally showed me the way.
