Southwest announced quite some time ago that they were discontinuing Flight Status Notifications, I actually thought they were already dead. This was the system by which you would actively sign up to receive a single email or text at a set time (1-4 hours) prior to a flight's departure or arrival.
Firstly, this forum registration process is wonky. If a mistake is made you have to reenter ALL information. App should save everything except that which is incorrect/incomplete. secondly, when checking flight status if you have flight number there is NO REASON to enter the to and from city. ...
Re: Application Status. 11-23-2021 05:21 PM. aunties1414. Explorer C. Perfect! As I said, she received a CJO back on October 29th and has since done the drug test and fingerprinting. She said her dashboard was last "updated" on 11/17 and still says under review, so I guess thats a good thing.
Flight Status. 06-19-2018 07:47 PM. ccnick. Explorer C. You used to be able to set a flight notification and get an email or text with any changes. That is now gone and no more pushing these important statuses to us. I believe the only way is to keep going to the app or website and looking for flight status.
