While most references to Clip Art disappeared with Office 2013, users were able to insert the old-school images into documents using an Office.com Clip Art option. That is now being replaced by Bing Images, with Microsoft filtering images to ensure they’re based on the Creative Commons licensing system for personal or commercial use.
The "clip art" search options within Office 2007 are cumbersome to use and it has always been significantly easier to browse and download images directly from the library online. It is short-sighted of Microsoft to take this resource away from its end users.

At the bottom of the Clip Art Task Pane there is an item called:-. Clip art on Office Online. Click on the above hyperlink. Click on one of the Images Categories on the right hand side. Select the Clip Art you wish to download. Click on the Download hyperlink. Then Open or Save as you require.
