I just called Hertz and because we used Priceline, we are not able to use the Hertz Gold perks like adding a second driver (myself) or skipping the rental line.

SCDW is an extra which you can avoid if you are covered by your credit card, but you need a large amount of hold on your card and a letter from the card company.
