Anyways we are all 19, almost every rental car company only allows 20 and up with a young driver fee. Fox is allowing us to do it at 19 and on top of that the price is still good.

   Fox Rental is shuttle driver was asleep when we finally found the bus (it was not outside as we had been instructed - we had to go to the central car rental building first (even though they are not there) and then go outside to get the shuttle. The location was in an area of Miami with bars on the windows.

Check Budget rent a car on Tropicana Ave across from the Orleans, usually much lower with NO airport fees, even with the Uber ride from the airport! Reply.
