Call Chet DelaGarza with Slinging Mullet Fishing Guide. The other guide we originally booked double booked on our day and didn't know it until after 8 PM the night before our fishing trip. We had already traveled 4 hours to get to Rockport and I wasn't happy when we got bumped. The original guide called in Chet who agreed to take us as scheduled.

While they can be found as far inland as Waco and up near Dallas, I suspect your best chances are in river systems of deep East Texas and near the coast. The Trinity River seems to be ideal.
